We stand behind our product. All Parts are sold with a 30-day money-back customer satisfaction guarantee unless otherwise negotiated and agreed to at the time of sale.
Part(s) offered with the 30-day Satisfaction guarantee may be returned if they do not function to the customer’s satisfaction, provided they meet the following conditions:
- A description of the problem with available supporting information must be provided, including photos, measurements, or any available shop report.
- Part(s) must be returned in the same condition and configuration as the time of sale.
- Returned parts must include all original traceability tags, certificates, and any other historical documentation provided at the time of sale.
- All returns must be accompanied with an MTW Aerospace RMA, provided by the sales representative that assisted with your order. Returns received without communication and an authorized RMA will be denied.
- MTW Aerospace will only provide a refund of the part purchase price. Any payment, crating, or shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Under no circumstances does MTW Aerospace accept billbacks or guarantee refunds for costs of repairs, inspections, overhauls, modifications, or certification initiated by the customer or their representative.
- The customer is responsible for all packing, shipping, customs and/or duty costs associated with the return of items to MTW Aerospace’s facility.
- Part(s) must be received at MTW Aerospace facility by the end the 30th business day following the invoice date.
- Refund requests due to ordering the incorrect part number, failure to provide information requested in the quote process, or failure to review the full details of a quote will be subject to a restock fee up to 20%, at the sole discretion of MTW Aerospace.
- Partial refunds or returns outside of these terms are at the sole discretion and authority of MTW Aerospace.
- Refund authorization will be provided within 3 business days of receipt of the part and verification of all requirements for return eligibility have been met.
